DNP Process
Important Note : If the case is pending due to any concerns but the TAT has not been breached, we will follow the complete DNP process and will not close the case until the TAT is breached regarding the concern for which we have raised a complaint to the team.
DNP 1
Number of calls - 3 Calls
Step 1 - Once the ticket is assigned then call Partner 3 times continuously.
If still the partner is not responding then we will send SMS on every attempt otherwise it will be Non-compliance/Fatal.
Once you have followed Step 1 then Set a follow up for 30 minutes and select Waiting On Provider on the ticket.
DNP 2
Number of calls - 3 Calls
Step 2 - Once the ticket is assigned then call Partner 3 times continuously.
If still the partner is not responding then we will send SMS on every attempt otherwise it will be Non-compliance/Fatal.
Once you have followed Step 1 then Set a follow up for 2 hours and select Waiting On Provider on the ticket.
DNP 3
We will call the partner on the mask number from the 3nd DNP and mention the same number on there ticket. We will call on mask number 3 time; if there are no responses, we will close the case.
Number of calls - 3 Calls
Step 2 - Once the ticket is assigned then call Partner 3 times continuously.
If still the partner is not responding then we will send sms on every attempt otherwise it will be Non-compliance/Fatal.
Once followed the DNP 3 we will close a case
5.3 Partner Non-contactable >> Not answering/Switched off/ UC number blacklisted
