Reopen Ticket Process

If any Agent is assigned with a ticket which has been reopened by Partner then Agent needs to check the created date of the ticket: 

1. If the Ticket creation date is older than 7 days from date when ticket was reopen , then Agent need to ask the partner to create a new ticket 

2. If the Ticket creation date is within 7 days from date when ticket was reopen, then please go ahead and cater partner's concern and drive it to closure.
