SME Revisit Filter Addition RequestInform partner to wait for trainer's call—this will be done based on requirement.
Category Addition/Deletion1. Check if the partner has completed the training for the new category
1.a If Yes, training has completed for the new category, then raise a request to the city POC on Slack and keep the ticket pending for 48 hours. If no revert, tag Anirudh and keep the ticket pending.
1.b If training is not completed, Ask partner to visit City office and connect with their trainers/CMS

Category priority change request Inform partner that priority doesn't affect the demand/values of booking. Weightages are same for all the category tagged 
Appliance City Change

Raise a request on Slack, tag City POC, and keep the ticket pending for 48 hours. If no revert, tag Anirudh and keep the ticket pending.
