MG Pause/ Resume

MG Pause :

Note: We will not fill MG Pause form for partners who are on plan day off (PSP partners) which can be checked from Rich profile. Cities/Categories where breakdays is live can be checked here.

For Partner where break days is live i.e, in rich profile it shows time off days follow break days SOP which is here

For Non-SOM or Non PSP partner who are not on break days, please find SOP below:

Category	Steps to be followed
Laptop repair, TV repair, Gas stove repair, Chimney and hob repair and RO Repair	MG pause can only be done in case of any medical emergencies, with valid medical documents to be provided by Partner, we will not be pausing MG for any other scenarios. Please fill All in One form with valid Pause Start date and End date and upload medical documents as well. No MG to be paused without any valid medical document. Applicable for all cities. Note: Once MG is paused then only ask Partner to mark leave For death scenarios please ask partners to mark leave on their calendar no MG to be paused here.
Refrigerator Repair, Washing Machine Repair, Microwave Repair	No MG Pause applicable, since Partner's Minimum Earning Plan is active and Partner has been asked to mark calendar for minimum 250 hours in minimum earning cycle , that means Partner can mark leaves when they are not available and increase their working hours before and after taking leaves within Minimum Earning cycle. Minimum Earning Dashboard of a Partner can be checked by visiting Logs>>Minimum Earning.

For death scenarios//unprecedented reason, if partner is adamant or agent feel the case is genuine then fill All in one form and keep city team informed by raising it on slack, Tag @ City CM and Danish Hassan

Note: - After every pause, agent must need to pitch partner to mark leave on calendar for the same duration when MG is paused
