1 Question : What is minimum earning ?
Ans : Minimum earning guarantee program promises minimum take home earnings to our partners under SOM contract.
If the partner has an MG plan that they purchased themselves and a Minimum Earning plan is also active on their profile, the refund for the purchased MG plan will not be processed. Instead, the partner will receive a refund for the Minimum Earning plan based on their profile targets. The process works as explained below:

Ans : Log > Minimum Earnings
3: How to check partner minimum earning cycle?
Ans: Open partner profile < click on Rich profile < Targets ( Current start date and current end date is minimum earning cycle)

4: How can we identify that he is an SOM partner?
We need to open the partner profile < Rich profile. If the targets are displayed as shown in the screenshot below, then it is an SOM partner.

5: What are the eligibility criteria for a minimum earnings refund?
A. The partner's current rank and upcoming rank should not be on strike.
B. Open partner ID < Log > minimum Earnings < Current active plan or previous plans < Click on the Provider plan ID (partner is referring) < Targets
We can check if partner expected metric are met if yes, then we can check payout details.

6. How much compensation will partner in minimum earnings?
Open partner ID < Log > minimum Earnings < Current active plan or previous plans >Benefits
Compensation will be visible-

7: When will the partner get a payout? (Note)
Payout will be released / update will be given after 15 days of minimum earning END Date.
Note: Agents to convey the information above to the partners and ask partner to wait for given TAT and close the Ticket. Partners can reach out to helpline after 15 days if no information is given to them. Then we have to raise the issue in slack.
8. If partner payment is showing in process, what need to check?
Open partner ID < Log > minimum Earnings < Current active plan or previous plans < Click on the Provider plan ID (partner is referring) < Payout Details

If the payout is showing in process, and refund TAT is breach please raise it on slack and keep a ticket pending for 48 hours.
