Important Note: 

1. In PSP model, you should use Break days to apply for leave and no subscription pause will be done.
2. For any health or medical issues of self/Family, keep documents handy. Incase you come into PIP, you rank will be reversed basis on the medical document.
3. No leave on Saturday or Sunday. Max leave allowed on weekend is <18hrs/96hrs of 8 weekends in 28 days
4. PSP cycle is of 28days
5. Recharge amount for Chennai plumbers is 4200/- for 90 jobs.
6. Subscription ends when they receive 90 jobs.
7. Minimum earning guarantee is 250/- per lead, they will be eligible for it if their working hours =>250hrs in 28 days and they are not in PIP.
8. Minimum working hours required in 28days is 250hrs
9. Even an hour gap in subscription will add to leave hours post 90 jobs delivery.
