Settlement for Convenience Fees Collected(Safety and Hygiene Fees)

Construct:

• This fee is being paid by the customer apart from service amount hence this amount is recovered from partners payout 
• Eg: Booking Amount : Rs 699 , Convenience Fee : Rs 49 , Final Invoice amount: Rs 748 (To be paid entirely by Customer)
• This amount used by UC for sending PPE kit, Training of Partners ,Providing Support,Safety ,Assitance during the services also for vaccinating the Partners 
• Follow these Steps to get an overview of Convinence Fees collected for any Payout : Partner Profile>>Logs>>Payout>Select the Payout>Click on View
• On the View Page Convinence Fees will be displayed with Request ID of Customers for the job delivered for the specific payout range
• If a Partner has done 3 jobs in a Payout Range then Rs 147 (Rs 49*3) will be collected
• If a Partner Claims that excess deduction has been done , then that excess amount would be the amount which was not recovered in Previous Payout.

Note: This deduction is done to recover convenience fee which is paid extra apart from booking amount. This deduction doesnt impact partner's earning at any point and Partner is not at loss also this amount is not added in partner's earning in app if payment was collected online .

For ro_repair and ro_purchase categories safety fee is flat Rs 69
