General Query about MG (Subscription)

For any basic query related to MG Plan associate can guide the partner to refer Target Section on the partner app.

MG helps partner for a minimum guarantee payout. UC here takes advance payment from the partners in order to secure their minimum earnings. so in case if UC fails to notify the partner the promised leads then partner is compensated accordingly. Given below are the FAQ's ---->

Ques- When will my MG end? 

Ans- MG cycle has two ways of ending ---> 

1st Way- Promised leads to be notified partner. E.g. If a partner recharges for a month and was promised for 20 credits, he was sent with 20 credits within 15 days of the month, then MG Cycle ends there.

2nd way- Duration of the MG cycle ends but there is a deficit in the count of leads as promised from our end.  E.g. If a partner recharges for a tenure of 30 days and promised leads notified were 20 then the partner is eligible for MG refund for the remaining 10 jobs. (Partner should fullfill the leave hour criteria i.e. 50 hours in the MG cycle)

Type of Leads Considered under MG : 


1. All Exclusive Leads once notified.

Note: Cancelled leads (PAF) will be counted in MG because UC notified these leads but partner was unable to deliver the lead .  Cases where partner is not at fault and PAF is not marked will not be counted in MG plan
If in any case where PAF is not marked and lead is counted in MG plan. Please file bug for same.

2. Normal Leads if delivered.                                                                                     

If Partner has a query related to any discrepancy related to Normal Leads getting counted as Exclusive Lead and Receiving more lead in any Day. Use Below mentioned Queries to provide a better visibility to the partner. 

Query 1 : This Query will give visibility about all the jobs which have been counted in the MG Plan, please enter "PROVIDER COMPLIANCE ID" available on MG Payout (partner profile > MG history> select MG Plan) Dashboard to execute the query.   (Alternate Query)  

Query 2 : This query will give visibility about leave hours counted (day wise) in MG Plan. If a profile is temp blocked  then leave hours for blocked time period will also be counted under MG. For any discrepancy  raise on slack and Tag Piyush Chandra Prasad.


1.MG has been paused however Jobs has been notified to Partners 

**Whenever MG is paused then Partner is suppose to mark leave on his calendar so that he doesn't get any Job .


2.Partner wants to buy MG Retention Plan however price of the plan is costly ?

**Discount on buying MG plan is available for the limited time period and partner will get the know through App notification whenever there is any on-going discount.

 Discount will be given to partners if they recharge within 48 hours after plan end.



3.When there is a difference in price of MG  Plan among two different Partners ?

The MG plan amount will depend on the demand and area. Discount will be given to partners if they recharge within 48 hours after plan end.
