Getting Leads Outside Hub

Please check Lead Type: 

 Ops Dashboard > Customer Request > Providers/Fanouts > Wave Type 

1. If Lead type is normal check if customer rebooked the same partner. In such cases inform the partner that the customer has rebooked your service since you have served them earlier. This is a guaranteed lead and you should not miss out in serving the customer. (can be checked from customer request page)

2. If Lead type is exclusive but not re-booked  then raise a bug and tag Danish 

3. Different hub booking: Check if the booking was received from previous hub/different hub and ensure this is exclusive leads received outside primary hub and request is not rebooking, then agent will guide partner to cancel the job in Pro can't deliver, if PAF marked then fill the PAF REVERSAL FORM
