Unable to start job due to pending job

Step 1
"We will ask about booking time
Go through partner profile and search it by booking date & time"
Step 2If the partner has any job pending for more than 48 hours, they cannot start any new job from their end until the pending booking is ended.
Step 3We will educate our partner not to keep jobs pending for more than 48 hours, as this may result in delays in starting new jobs.
Step 4We will understand the reason of the pending jobs, if it is pending because of customer, call customer and get booking cancelled or rescheduled.
 If customer is not answering, please ask pro to mark cant deliver. If pro is not at fault, get the PAF reversed by filling PAF reversal form . Ticket should be closed post PAF reversal
