How to Clear Pending Dues (Pending Deductions) ?

This option has been given to the partners to collectively clear their pending recoveries since many partners have got quite high pending deductions.

Agent to open the monet dashboard ---> https://ops.urbanclap.com/monet/payments. Enter the pro id in the user id section and select provider under user type to see if the payment was attempted by the partner. Once confirmed, agent to inform the partner and close the ticket.
