Poor Service/ No Show Recovery - Revisit Penalty

Poor Service Penalty: Penalty charged when customer has notified that Issue has not been resolved on a Revisit Job , please inform the Partner that this penalty is charged since Issue was not resolved (as per the survey response sent to customer post job delivery)and 60% amount of master request will be recovered as an Penalty. For any dispute against reversal please fill   Deduction Reversal Form  and check for Response in the Sheet after 24 hours. Refunds Team will call the Partners and inform the Partners about the Penalty and add notes in the Ticket. Please check notes and Response in the sheet(Inform the reason in case Partner claims for not receiving any callback) and Close the ticket. 


No Show Penalty: Penalty charged if Partner has not visited on revisit hence 60% amount of master request will be recovered as an Penalty. For any dispute against reversal please fill   Deduction Reversal Form  and check for Response in the Sheet after 24 hours. Refunds Team will call the Partners and inform the Partners about the Penalty and add notes in the Ticket. Please check notes and Response in the sheet(Inform the reason in case Partner claims for not receiving any callback) and Close the ticket. 


If there is no revert on sheet within 48 hours, raise it on slack and tag Suresh Malhotra

For Cases where partner is supposed to get refund of the penalty. Please don't close ticket until payment of incorrect penalty is initiated by the team
