Rating Related Information
- Customers can only change the ratings within 2 days.
- Ratings gets updated within max 4 days from the time cx gives the rating
- Customers can only rate within 7 days post job end.
-Revisit Rating at Request level can be checked from Rich Profile
A partner can rate the customer within 48 hours after the job has ended.
Rating Rebuttals - Partner must have not attended the job correct due to which customer rated poor rating , it stays within 14 or 28 days PPM cycle end date, once cycle has been ended then in the new cycle revisit rating will be removed
Revisit / Revisit SME JOB RATING: On Revisit/SME revisit customers can also rate the partners , for which a survey gets triggered via IVR (Automated Call) then the Revisit/SME Revisit jobs get ended,customers can rate the Partners there, which can't be removed .
