Unable to end job/pay on cash or How to end job on cash

How to end job on cash ?

1.  When is partner not getting option to end job in Cash?

This case is only possible when the pending deduction (arrears or liability of partner for payment to UC) of the partner is greater than INR 2000.

How to check pending deduction for partner: -  Open partner profile--> Logs--> ongoing payout-->Deductions

Note: If any partner's pending deduction less than 2000 INR, and partner is still not getting option to end job in cash, then Fill All in One Form for ending the job


2. What if partner's pending deduction greater than 2000 INR and want to end the job

Step1: Agent will ask partner to make total payment of pending deductions 

Step 2: If partner is denying that currently he hasn't sufficient money to make total payment, then agent will ask him to make payment of amount equals to his current job invoice value 

Guide Partner to make Payment: Open App>Money Section>Click on Pending dues option>on the next screen ask Partner to make the payment

Step 3: If partner agrees to pay any of the above amount, then agent need to follow the steps below to check if the payment is received 

               Refer Ongoing payout Dashboard / Payment Dashboard to check if Payment was done or not.
Once payment has been received done then Fill All in One Form for ending the job


3. What if partner's pending deduction greater than 2000 INR and less than the invoice value 

Step1: Agent will ask partner to make total payment of pending deductions 

Guide Partner to make Payment: Open App>Money Section>Click on Pending dues option>on the next screen ask Partner to make the payment

Step 2: If partner agrees to pay any of the above amount, then agent need to follow the steps below to check if the payment is received 

               Refer Ongoing payout Dashboard / Payment Dashboard to check if Payment was done or not.
Once payment has been received done then Fill All in One Form for ending the job

You are unable to end job on cash because you have pending dues more than 2k. There are only 10% partners who have such high pending dues so we request you to pay pending dues so that you wont face this issue.
For now, you need to pay atleast booking amount of this booking so that we can get this job ended on cash
