Surge charges/Late night charges

 If partner complaints for a late night or early morning booking then explain to the partner that as per the demand these slots ( late night/early morning)often have a surge charge which the Cx has to pay and is provided to the partner. The surge charges included in the booking looks like the image given below :

Note: 

Express slots (only available to plus users,  non-plus users have to buy plus to get express ) --> no surge
Express bookings are bookings where partner can book a slot of 45 to 90 mins e.g booking time = 7:45 pm

All other slots --> surge is applicable

-we don't provide any amount manually , it gets added automatically with the booking amount while placing request by Cx.
