Easy Order/Auto Rep

What is Easy Orders - 

UC will be placing orders (also known as Easy orders) for the Partners. This is being done to ensure partners have a sufficient supply of products if they are not buying from their end from UC shop. 


Where can we see this order in app - 


On partner app, go to Order history > upcoming. Any upcoming easyorder will be visible here, please ask the partner to click on cancel order button from here. If order is not visible in upcoming section then, order is in placed state and can not be cancelled from partner app.


Condition for placing easy order - 


- Orders will be triggered by the system if partner is low on inventory of subscribed SKUS of RO . If partner is doing higher number of jobs in a week, then more products will be used and frequent orders will be placed. 
- If partner is claiming to have more than enough products, then partner is not using the product during services or using very less amount of products per services.
- System will only consider the Products which are to be used for the job. e.g. If partner is getting only gas charging jobs, Cleaning foam is not required and hence frequency of order placement will be less for cleaning foam. 

-UC has taken approval from Partners from the notification shared in the APP, regarding Easy Order and Partners has agreed for the same.

How payment will be collect from these easy order -

Default Payment mode for easy order will be from Partners Payout. Once order has been placed then in the next payout we will recover amount for the order and if this order gets cancelled then refund will be initiated in the next payout.

--Payment for this order will be visible in the Payout/Ongoing payout with the name Easy order/ Auto Replenishment .  

If partner is adamant, then only we will guide partner for this option. 

If a partner doesn't need easy order after order has placed  - We will guide the partner that it is mandatory for him to accept easy order so that he wont face any issue in the bookings

Addition - Easy Order Verbiages of RO Repair:

Question :  Bhot jyada auto order lag rahe hai.
Answer : Auto order aapki last 15 days ki consumption ke hisab se decide hota hai. agar aapki consumption jyada hai to aapka auto order usi hisab se lagega.Question : Aisai product aa rahe hai jinki hume jarurat bhi nhi hai or use bhi nhi hote.
Answer : Kuch Skus aisai hai jinki aapko minimum 2 inventory maintain karna jaroori hai. Jaisai ki

In skus ki 2 quantity hona jarori hai agar isse kam hua to inka auto order lag jaayega. baaki bache hue sku ki kam kam ek quantity hona jaroori hai varna unka bhi auto order lag jaayega
