Ask the partner to mark leave from the application only. 

If Partner is asking for leaves for more than 3 days, Ask the partner to mark leave from the application and keep city team informed by tagging them on slack. This case should be not be kept pending 

Unable to mark leave:

Partner will be able to mark working (for any slot ) only before 4 hours.

Eg. If Partner has marked working for 12 PM slot then Partner will be allowed to this change calendar for 12 PM before 8 AM only , after 8 AM Partner will not be able to mark working  for 12 PM slot. 

If the partner meets all the above conditions but is still unable to mark the calendar, raise a bug and tag Danish
