Objective - Improve reliability to customers on demand and guarantee maximum fulfillment by introducing an auto-acceptance model that is also partner-friendly.
Auto Acceptance is only applicable for Exclusive jobs only.
What if partner get too many jobs per day ?
Partners can now configure a limit to the number of jobs that they can do per day (to be configured at a day level, upto maximum 1 day prior)
This limit will start at a minimum of 4 and can be configured to a maximum # of 8 (NEW Update: For PEAK Season this has been configured to minimum 6 to handle demand/ increase partner earning)
If partners want to increase the number of jobs, they can do it on the same day.
If partners want to decrease the number of jobs, they can do it in advance for 3 days. Example: If partners want to decrease the number of jobs for March 16, they can decrease on March 13.
Revisits, Follow up jobs, Revisits of Pod members, SME revisits (all these jobs will not be included in this limit)
What if partner get a service booking that converts to repair post diagnosis?
In case partners feel the need for more time, they can utilize the pause-job functionality to select a time slot on a later date to visit the customer again and finish the repair work (This will be blocked on partner calendar and no other job will be auto accepted in that time slot)
What if partner get leads for the next morning in late hours (12 am, 1 am etc.) ?
There will be no leads sent between 11pm and 6am for any partner
What if partner get jobs that are of the same booking time ?
There will be only 1 job for 1 time slot
