Getting leads in odd timing

1.Associate to notify leads only between 6:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
Dashboard > Customer Request > Providers/Fanout > Wave Type > Notified Time 

2. Associate check for the lead notfied time and if the lead was notified other then the above mentioned time then raise a bug,
