Login OTP Invalid/Not receiving Login OTP


1. Ask the partner to re-install the app. 

2. Partner Login OTP error:
- If partner is unable to log in his applicaton then check for the error and rest the OTP limit from the dashboard. 
- If still not resolved then ask for the screenshort to check the error and raise a bug, 
How Rest Daily OTP:
Ops Dashboard > Reset Daily OTP Limit

3 Start Job OTP error:
- If Cx start Job OTP is not valid then check & match the OTP partner is refferring to from the cutomer request. 
- Use Reset Limit option as well if requird 
Customer Request > Rest OTP
- If still not resolved then ask for the screenshot to check the error and raise a bug.
