Wrong POD Ticket
In case we are getting the wrong POD ticket, please share that with your TL and get the ticket closed on same day and keep a ticket pending for 24 hours.
If call back is not done within 24 hrs. Please mark mail to your manager keeping UC POC in CC.
Note: Please add share screenshot of the hangout in notes on which you share ticket with TL
