Quality Error / PSP Metrics

Metrices on which a PSP partner is evaluated and assigned a badge 

1. Weekend Unavailable Hours- Total no of hours partner has marked leave on his calendar on Saturday and Sunday  in the review cycle

2. Quality Error - Revisit Job + Rating Error.

   1. Revisit Job: Revisit has been created by Customer           

   2.  Revisit Free Jobs: Non-revisit jobs.

3. Rating Error - Total number of  jobs where partners received customer rating 4 or less than 4 in the review cycle

4. Cancellations - PAFs done by a single partner in a review cycle.
