Estimate Sharing and End Job SOP - Speed LA and OA

1. After Starting the job, partner has to check the appliance and assess the job. Post that he has to share the estimate of complete job by adding the spare jobs required for completing the job being in customer location.                                                       

There will be a minimum time between estimate acceptance and job end based on the type of spares added in the estimate.                    

                    

Once Estimate shared and approved with customer, Partner can only end the job after estimate time calculated based on his shared estimate.                    

If partner has to pause the job, he can only do it after sharing estimate and getting it accepted.                    

                    

Use the Diagnosis Flow mapping sheet to validate the correct spare visibility as per selected diagnosis (Diagnosis Flow Sample video present in Link)                    

Use the Spare time Mapping sheet for reference.  

For Other Appliances: There is no timer for after estimate sharing.                   

                    

2. Follwing is the Job End conditions that are to be met by the partner to end the job.


Case Scenarios:

1

Partner starts the job, assess the appliance and shares estimate by adding spare job. Once confirmed by Customer, partner app will show time of job completion. Partner can only end the job once estimate time is over. 

If partner completes before, ask him to wait till the time in customer location and then End it as per SOP.

If partner has not done any work because appliance was OK

Ask partner to explain the customer that after checking he finds there is no problem with appliance and end in BPC

If customer felt estimate is more or customer wants time to think

Ask partner to explain the customer that customer after being sure can create a new booking and end job in BPC.

If after sharing estimate and completing the job, if customer asks that he has to keep appliance in observation.

Ask partner to ask customer to pay 50% of job in advance and pause the job. Then after 12-24 hours visit customer to check appliance and take pending payment then end job.

Note: These checks are valid for all supercategory of Large Appliances and Other Appliances.
