New Commission Structure - SLA
Job Deduction: Lead & Post Job Commission - New Plan for Speed LA
There will be no subscription plan now. No initial investment required from now. A fixed lead credit value of 12 Credits will be charged for per job and based on Job value, Post job commission will be debited from partner payout.
There will be new commission structure as follows:

For UC Team and TL's, on update from Business team, Update the above table.

Note for Agents: 1) If partner asks why post job comission is high, agents will need to explain that in the new system, there is no subscription model which was earlier for lead. Only for every job, Lead value and post job commission will be charged.
Note for Agents: 2) If during early shift of SOP partner asks what will happen to the amount they have paid for subscription plan, agents will have to guide the partners that pending amount calculated on pro rata will be refunded back on next payment cycle. If after one week also payment is not received by partner, Raise issue in slack and Tag Anirudh Raju and Varun Mustyala.
If Partner is very adamant and has serious pain points first share issue with TL. If still issue persists, Raise issue on slack and Tag Anirudh Raju and Varun Mustyala.
