Auto Recharge of Lead Credit - SLA                                                                                           

Partners need to maintain a minimum credit of 200 so as to able to get leads. If not so, Auto recharge amount will be deducted from Payout of partner.                                                                                                                                         

Eg. If partner has 95C in his account, then system will automatically credit 105C to maintain a min balance of 200C and this amount of 1050 INR will be debited from his next payout.                                                 

The minimum trigger amount below which system will automatically mainatin 200Credits, is 100 credits. Whenever Partners credit balance goes below 100 Credits it will be credited to maintain 200 Credit in account.                                                                                                                                        

If the arrear amount is > Rs 4000, then profile will be arrear temp block. Once the partner will pay the arrear amount, partner ID will automatically be unblocked.                                                                                                                                             

If automatic unblock does not happen, raise a ticket in slack and tag Ishan Agarwal and Dinesh Dagar                                                                                                

If partner is adamant and he is not understanding properly after explainantion also, ask TL to make partner understand as per SOP properly and further raise issue on slack and Tag Anirudh Raju and Dinesh Dagar
