Extended Warranty/Smart card fee

New warranty fees structure.

Structure

Deduction will be done from partner payout in the name of smart card fee 

This deduction will be done because we are taking this payment from customer that is why we are deducting this from Partner. Customer will get it in invoice with the name of taxes and fees.

Scenario: When customer didn't pay the smart card fee during the cash-payment to partner, but amount is deducted from partner payout

1. Agent need to confirm from customer if customer actually denied paying the smart card fee/ extended warranty fee

Then agent will fill the ALL IN ONE form and park the ticket for 24 Hrs, and close the ticket once extended warranty is revoked and amount is refunded back to partner
