Please check this sheet if you find pro id on this sheet, then raise it on slack city team will call them and revert accordingly.

If you are unable to find pro id on above mentioned sheet then

These partners are blocked since they are not eligible to work in UC due to poor quality and other reasons which can be checked in temp archival logs ,check for last block reason in the logs and inform the same, the profile will be permanently Archived soon, if they insist for pending credits to be refunded immediately then inform partner that he will get refund after 4 days of archival. Tickets should be Resolved.

These Partner's profile will not be unblocked, also their profiles would be seen as Permanently Archived, which means they will not be taken back on UC ever since they were caught doing offline jobs on multiple occassions and also informed by the trainers. Inform the same and Resolve the ticket

Partners Profile Archived under "High PAF "

These Partners profile will not be unblocked since they have high cancellations on their received jobs, These Partners's profile would also be seen as Permanantly Archived. Inform the same and Resolve the ticket

Partners blocked under "high_paf_cancellations_block - paf_block_workflow"

These partners have ongoing high cancellations due to which they have been temporarily blocked , there slots will be automatically booked. In case slots are not booked, Raise it on slack and tag POC for Profile Unarchival .

[NEW]Partners blocked under "Offline Booking"

These partners were caught doing offline jobs by trainers hence profile was blocked,
In case There is a Pending Training under Training Segment after Visiting Rich Profile(Rich Profile>>Training>>Pending Training) then that Partner is at Level 1 , Partner Needs to book Training slot and after attending meeting with trainer profile will be unblocked , in case Training slots are not available then raise it on slack and tag CM for requesting Training slots
In case There is a NO Pending Training under Training Segment after Visiting Rich Profile(Rich Profile>>Training>>Pending Training) then that Partner is at Level 2, Ask Partner to visit City office for 1 to 1 Training session with Trainers .
Cases where there are no city offices then and Partner is at L2 then raise it on slack and tag CM for profile unblocking.

TAT for Specific block type

Violation Type	First Offense Suspension Period
Identity Fraud	3 Days Suspension
Rating Fraud	5 Days Suspension
Fake Account Created by Professional	1 Week Suspension

If any profile is blocked under the above 'Violation Type' and the unblocking TAT is mentioned in the 'Suspension Period,' we will share the TAT and close the case after informing the partner.

Not all cases have a defined TAT; suspensions are based on the severity of the case.
Each case is reviewed individually to determine appropriate action.
For any partner blocked by the TNS team, we will fill out a form and keep the ticket pending until the partner ID is unblocked. Additionally, we will check response sheet.

Profile blocked under "short_term_inactivity"

Please ask partner to click on on top banner on the app to get themselves unblocked, refer the below video to guide the partner.
Partners are blocked under this block type if Partner is inactive for more than 10 days (Didn't open app, didn't update calendar as working)

We have blocked few partners to setup their Loan Recovery mode via UPI Autopay . They can unblock themselves by trying to setup UPI Autopay at least 3 times. Please go through this video
